A lightweight website designed to collect only the information needed to respond to a private enquiry.
Privacy should be part of the operating model, not an afterthought.
Information you provide
If you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, country or jurisdiction, area of interest and the content of your message.
Complimentary guide enquiries
If you request the decision guide, we collect your name, email address, profile, country or jurisdiction, and the question you submit. We process this information to deliver your requested guide, respond to your enquiry and maintain an appropriate record of the communication. Guide request records are stored privately in Netlify infrastructure and accessible only through a password-protected administrative interface. The optional marketing checkbox is separate and unchecked by default. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting MG Advisory. Do not include account numbers, health information or highly sensitive financial documents in the enquiry.
Why the information is used
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a requested conversation, assess whether MG Advisory may be able to assist and maintain appropriate records of the communication.
Contact form processing
The website is hosted on Netlify. Contact-form submissions may be processed and stored using Netlify's form-handling infrastructure. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, crypto private keys or highly sensitive financial documents through the website form.
External services
The website links to TidyCal for meeting bookings and to the MG Advisory 360° Financial Check-Up hosted on Netlify. Those services may process information under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
MG Advisory uses optional Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website use and the effectiveness of the client journey. Analytics is not loaded unless you choose “Accept analytics” in the website consent panel. If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded.
The website stores your analytics preference locally in your browser so that it can remember your choice. MG Advisory does not intentionally deploy advertising or remarketing pixels in this configuration. You can reopen your analytics preferences from the footer at any time.
When analytics is enabled, MG Advisory measures a deliberately limited funnel including website visits, starts of the 360° Financial Check-Up, booking-intent clicks and selected form submissions. Actual Check-Up completions are measured from the separate Check-Up form submissions, and actual strategy bookings can be measured through TidyCal using the same GA4 property.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping obligations. Use the Contact page to submit a privacy-related request.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures should be used to protect information, although no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Updates
This notice may be updated when website functionality, service providers or data practices change.
Collaboration and CV submissions. If you submit a CV or professional profile through the collaboration form, MG Advisory will use that information to assess a potential professional or commercial collaboration and to communicate with you about your enquiry. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in your CV.
Reviews and testimonials. If you submit a review, MG Advisory will use the information to assess, verify and, where you have explicitly authorised publication, display the testimonial according to your selected display preference. Reviews are not published automatically. MG Advisory may contact you to clarify or verify your submission. Substantive wording will not be changed for publication without your approval.
Submitted testimonials remain private until approved.
Website review submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. For moderation, a limited copy of the submitted review and associated contact and consent fields may be stored within MG Advisory’s Netlify-hosted review administration system. Only reviews explicitly approved for publication are returned to the public website; rejected and pending reviews remain private.
